PROSPER BET AFFILIATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AFFILIATE AGREEMENT Effective Date: November 04, 2025 Last Updated: November 04, 2025 This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Affiliate”) and Prosper Bet, operated by Prosper Bet, a company registered in Nigeria and legally authorized to offer online sports book and gaming services. By registering for our Affiliate Program and using any of our tools, tracking links, dashboards, or accepting any reward or commission, you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this Agreement. Prosper Bet reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued participation constitutes your binding acceptance of any change.
1. DEFINITIONS 1.1 Affiliate – An approved partner who promotes Prosper Bet to receive commission. 1.2Affiliate Account – Your wallet within our affiliate portal. 1.3 Affiliate Program – Our official affiliate marketing program. 1.4vAffiliate Links – URL trackers provided by Prosper Bet. 1.5 Affiliate Wallet – Your dashboard wallet showing your take home (commission). 1.6 New Customer – A first-time customer referred by you who successfully registers and deposits. 1.7 Commission – Earnings based on player activity as per the agreed structure. 1.8 Net Revenue – Total bet amounts from referred players minus winnings, bonuses, refunds, and fraud costs. 2. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1 Registration Affiliates must submit accurate personal or business KYC documents to be approved. We reserve the right to reject or revoke approval at any time. 2.2 Account Security Keep your account information secure. You're responsible for all activities under your account. 2.3 Promotion Standards Use only authorized marketing materials and avoid giving a wrong impression of the Prosper Bet brand. The use of branded keywords or imitation is prohibited. 2.4 Valid Traffic Only Do not create fake accounts, refer yourself, or use deceptive or fraudulent means to generate traffic; perpetrators forfeit commissions. 2.5 Unsuitable Channels Promotion via the list below is prohibited;
2.6 Responsible Gaming Promotions to underage or vulnerable individuals are not allowed. Always encourage responsible gambling. 3. Affiliate 3.1 Affiliates may refer users to Prosper Bet using tracking links we provide. 3.2 Affiliates do not have rights to players' information. 3.3 The affiliate does not have the right to resell their right to the affiliate dashboard access or affiliate account details. 4. Obligation of the Company. 4.1 Prosper Bet will provide tracking tools and allow access to affiliate commission reports. 4.2 We may request your KYC verification or updated compliance documents at any time. 4.3 The Company shall track conversions and user activity originating from the Partner's code and dashboard and shall credit commissions accordingly. 4.4 The Company shall reserve the right to review or revoke content if deemed misleading, fraudulent, or damaging to the brand. 4.5 The Company will offer support and guidance throughout the campaign period. 5. Payment and Commission. 5.1 Compensation
5.2 CPA Plan (if applicable) Commission is earned only when:
Fraudulent, self-excluded, or chargeback-linked users are excluded from CPA rewards. 6. Termination 6.1 This Agreement is valid for a period of one (1) year from the day it is signed and may be renewed. 6.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving thirty days’ notice. 6.3 The Company may terminate immediately in the event of illegal content promotion, fraud, policy violation, or inactivity exceeding 3 months. 6.4 Upon termination of the agreement, the affiliate account shall be deactivated, including the tracking URL, codes, and commission tracking tools. 7. Intellectual Property. 7.1 All campaign details, commission structure or financial arrangements, and internal materials are confidential. 7.2 You may not share or misuse internal data, reports, or commission structures. 7.3 No press release or public reference may be made without written consent. 8. Legal And General 8.1 Independent Contractors: No employment or agency relationship is created. 8.2 Taxes: Affiliates are responsible for all taxes due on your earnings. 8.3 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. 8.4 Changes: These terms can be changed at any time by Prosper Bet, with or without notice.
